Our Mission
To relieve suffering and restore dignity among the underprivileged — through food, education, healthcare support and empowerment — regardless of caste, creed or religion.
Your generosity changes lives. Donations are eligible for 80G tax exemption.
A registered nonprofit organization built on a single conviction — that dignity, care and opportunity belong to everyone, without distinction of caste, creed or religion.
Om Kameswari Charitable Trust began with a handful of volunteers and a shared belief that no one should be left behind. What started as simple meal drives and school visits has grown into a network of programs spanning Chennai, Hyderabad and Coimbatore.
Today our work reaches the hungry, the elderly, differently abled children, and women seeking a fresh start — all delivered with transparency and care. Every rupee we receive is treated as a trust, and returned to the community as real, visible change.
To relieve suffering and restore dignity among the underprivileged — through food, education, healthcare support and empowerment — regardless of caste, creed or religion.
A society where every individual — young or old, able or special — can live with self-respect, good health and the chance to build a better future.
Compassion without judgement, complete transparency, respect for every human being, and a commitment to serve where the need is greatest.
"For many years I kept hearing the same cry across our country — hunger, malnutrition, school dropouts, children denied an education. It was always in my mind: how, and in what way, could I contribute to this huge socio-economic issue?"
The seed was sown in the 1990s, but in 2003 it took shape as OKC Trust. Since then, with the support of our well-wishers and donors, we have grown to cover a wide ambit of society — Food, Education, Differently Abled Children, Senior Citizens and Women Empowerment. Thank you for being part of this social support system.
